Overview
Customizing your ShortStack campaign's URL can improve marketing, branding, and SEO. For example, instead of using a default ShortStack domain, you can publish to https://www.example.com or https://www.example.com/mycontest. Consult an IT professional or web host if needed.
DNS Configuration
To use your own domain (e.g., root domain or subdomain), create an A record pointing to one of these IP addresses:

13.211.199.127(Sydney, Australia) -
3.69.157.158(Frankfurt, Germany)
Use the IP address closest to your audience.
www vs. Non-www
For www vs. non-www URLs, add a CNAME record to point www to the non-www version, or set up an A record for the www subdomain. If using ShortStack exclusively, create a wildcard CNAME for all subdomains. In Campaign Settings, add www to Additional Subdomains to ensure both versions work.
