This feature available on All Plans
A common scenario when running a contest is wanting to show off your winners once the contest is complete. After all, who doesn’t like shining a spotlight on the lucky entrants? With the Entry Widget's Filter by Label feature, we make this super easy to do. Here’s how:
Labeling Your Entries
To filter your entries by label, you need to label the entries you'd like to showcase. There are two ways to do this:
- Manually labeling entries in the Entries Manager.
- Using the label field in the Random Entry Picker or the Instant Win settings for winning entries.
Labeling Entries Manually
Follow these steps to label entries manually:
- From your Home, click on Manage in the navigation bar.
- Select Lists from the dropdown menu.
- Find the name of the list containing the entries you want to display and click the number of entries to the right of the list name.
- In the Entries Manager:
- Locate and click on the entry (or entries) you want to label.
- You can select multiple entries at one time by highlighting them.
- Click Label at the top of the screen.
- In the dropdown field, add the labels you want.
- Press Enter/Return after typing each label.
Notes:
- For information on adding labels using the Random Entry Picker, refer to the How to Select Winners help doc.
- For details on setting up an Instant Win campaign (including labeling winning entries), see the Instant Win help doc.
