We do our best to answer support emails within a few hours of receiving them. However, complicated requests that require developer-level expertise usually take longer. It may also take more time for us to respond on weekends and holidays. But rest assured, our best people are on it!
Email support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Live chat support is generally available Mon-Thurs from 7:00a-6:00p (PST), and Friday from 8:00a-12:00p (PST); though these hours are subject to change without notice.
