Pausing Your Account
You can pause your account for up to 3 months at a time, starting at the end of your current billing cycle. Keep in mind:
- Automatic Reactivation: The account resumes billing when the pause ends.
- Pause Restrictions: Extensions past 3 months aren’t possible, and a minimum of one paid month is required between pauses.
- Live Campaigns: During a pause, live campaigns will display a "Currently Unavailable" message, and new entries won’t be collected. To prevent issues, unpublish campaigns before pausing.
- Data Accessibility: Entries, lists, and campaigns are stored but are inaccessible when paused. You may reactivate anytime for immediate access, resuming billing immediately.
To Pause:
- In the Summary tab, click Pause or Delete Account at the bottom of the Current Plan section.
- Note: If it reads Cancel Subscription instead, you’re either on an annual plan or overdue on billing.
- Click Yes, show me my pause options in the pop-up.
- Choose the duration (1-3 months) and click Confirm Pause.
You'll see a confirmation and a button to cancel the pause if needed.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Canceling your subscription ends future payments. After cancellation:
- Plan Reverts: Your account moves to a Free Plan.
- Data Access Limitations: Only 20 entries are accessible, while others are hidden from view.
- Unpublish Campaigns: Active campaigns may receive new entries that will fail if they are over the limit.
- Team Member Access: Team members will lose access to account-owned assets.
Note: Free accounts inactive for 18 months are permanently deleted.

Deleting is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Before proceeding:
- Unpublish Campaigns: Campaigns will be inaccessible and may display promotional messages.
- Export Data: Entries, lists, and analytics will be deleted.

To Delete:
- In the Summary tab, click Delete Account.
- Select your reason for deleting and click Continue.
- Provide additional info, type DELETE ACCOUNT, and click Confirm.
You'll be redirected to the login screen, and your account will be permanently inaccessible.
