Monthly Billing
Fact: Unless you choose an annual plan, ShortStack plans are priced per month and automatically renew each month until you cancel. See our Pricing page.
Annual Billing
Fact: By committing to a 12-month ShortStack subscription, you’ll save at least 20 percent.
Fact: You can find these plans by logging in to ShortStack, clicking on your name in the top-right corner, and selecting Upgrade from the drop-down.
Or you can click on Account Summary in the drop-down, and then click on the blue Change Plan button in the Current Plan section of the Summary tab.
Payment
Fact: We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you're working in an enterprise environment and would like to be placed on invoice payment, contact theteam@shortstacklab.com.
Statements
Fact: You can access your statements by logging in to ShortStack, clicking on your name in the top-right corner, clicking Account Summary from the drop-down, then clicking Statements at the top of the resulting page.
Declined Credit Cards
Fact: We are not told why a card is declined.
Fact: Your bank can tell you why. Give them a call and they'll tell you the reason.
Fact: Some banks will decline internet transactions until you call to confirm. Ask your bank to whitelist transactions from Pancake Laboratories, Inc. and ShortStack.
Refunds
Fact: We do not provide refunds. (You can see our Refund Policy here.) But under some circumstances, if you have paid for an annual ShortStack subscription and you decide to cancel within the first four months of signing up, we may offer a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription (up to 50% of the total plan value). Month-to-month subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
