From the Campaign Manager, click your name in the top menu and then select Plan. Or, mouse over your name in the top menu and click Change Plan from the drop-down menu.
Fan and Stored Entry Count
Your Active Fan Count and Your Stored Entry Count are at the top of the page, and together form the basis for determining which plan you can subscribe to.
Your Active Fan Count is calculated by adding up all of the fans of all the Facebook Pages you have ShortStack Campaigns published to. For example, if you had ShortStack Campaigns published to five different Facebook Pages, and each Facebook Page had 2,000 fans, your Active Fan Count would be 10,000. You will only be able to choose a plan that has an allowance that exceeds your Active Fan Count. To see how we arrived at this number, click Your Active Fan Count to expand the panel. Click it again to collapse it.
Your Stored Entry Count is the total number of form entries you're keeping in the Forms & Promos Manager. If you're receiving warnings that your entry count is too high, we suggest bringing your number down by exporting a database, saving it locally, and then deleting the database within ShortStack.
Available Plans is a list of all of ShortStack’s plans. If you see a red X in the Your Plan row, it means you are not eligible for that plan based on your installed Campaigns. Mouse over the red X to see a popup explanation.
To change from one plan to another, click a plan’s button in the Your Plan row and click Save and Apply. If you are upgrading to a paid plan for the first time, you’ll see additional fields for entering billing, contact, and payment information, along with an Upgrade Now button.
