From the Campaign Manager, click your name in the top menu and then select Plan. Or, mouse over your name in the top menu and click Change Plan from the drop-down menu.
Fan and Stored Entry Count
Your Stored Entry Count is at the top of the page, and forms the basis for determining which plan you can subscribe to.
Your Stored Entry Count is the total number of list entries you're keeping in the Lists/Entries Manager. If you're receiving warnings that your entry count is too high, we suggest bringing your number down by exporting a list, saving it locally, and then deleting the list within ShortStack.
Available Plans is a list of all of ShortStack’s plans. If you see a red X in the Your Plan row, it means you are not eligible for that plan based on your installed campaigns. Mouse over the red X to see a popup explanation.
To change from one plan to another, click a plan's button in the Your Plan row and click Save and Apply. If you are upgrading to a paid plan for the first time, you’ll see additional fields for entering billing, contact, and payment information, along with an Upgrade Now button.
