Overview

The Campaign Menu is a dropdown menu in the Campaign Builder that provides quick links to navigate to other campaigns and manage the current campaign.

Getting There

To access the Campaign Menu:

  1. Click on the campaign name in the top-left corner of the Campaign Builder.

About

The Campaign Menu allows you to perform the following actions:

  1. Access the Campaign ID Number

    • Useful when submitting a support ticket, as the ShortStack agent may ask for this number.

  2. View the Template Name

    • See the name of the template used to create the campaign.

  3. View Campaign Analytics

    • Available if included in your plan.

  4. Make a Copy of the Campaign

    • Duplicates the campaign and loads the copy automatically in the Campaign Builder.
    • For details, refer to the Copying a Campaign help doc.

  5. Make a Template from the Campaign

    • Converts the campaign into a reusable template.
    • Access your new template via the Templates Manager.

  6. Create a New Campaign

    • Start a brand-new campaign directly from the dropdown.
