Voting History

Getting There

To view the voting history for a particular entry, start by navigating to the entry's details: Go to the Entries Manager through either the Dashboard or the Campaign Builder; then hover over the desired entry, and click the View Details button for that entry.

Then click the number of points/votes (next to the vote icon) at the top of the Entry Details page.

Detailed vote information is only available for Voting Widgets that have voting restrictions in place.

Sorting

To sort the entries, click the button next to the number of records at the top. Your options are to sort your entries by Newest or Oldest.

Vote Information

Due to privacy laws, we're not allowed to automatically collect information that would be able to personally identify any given voter. The information we do collect for each vote is:

• Date/Time: A specific timestamp letting you know when that specific vote was cast.
• Vote ID/Fingerprint: A unique string of letters and numbers that ensures each vote is unique.
• Anonymized IP: The voter's IP address, with the final octet removed to comply with privacy laws.
• Number of Points: How many points that specific vote was worth (usually 1).

Note: If you see multiple votes that seem to have the same URL - that doesn't automatically mean that those votes are from the same person/entity. Due to the way the IP addresses are anonymized, any computer/device on the same network would appear to have the same IP address.

Vote Adjustment

Click the New Adjustment button to enter an adjustment to the votes for this entry/round. You can enter any positive (to increase votes) or negative (to decrease votes) number, but you cannot reduce the vote total below 0. Once you click Save, the vote adjustment is saved and cannot be edited or deleted, but you can always add additional adjustments.
