To contact support, get help with the Campaign Builder, access these help docs, check out other help resources, or access our video library; click the Help icon in the upper-right corner of ShortStack. This will look either like a life preserver or a question mark, depending on which part of the site you're currently on:

Live Chat Support
In the bottom-left corner of the site once you're logged in, you'll find our helpful Support button.
Clicking on this button will open a popup where you can search our help docs without having to leave your current page. If you're not able to find what you're looking for, you can click the Live chat button (when available) to speak to a Support Agent right away.
When chat support isn't available, you'll be able to send a support ticket from the same popup. Just fill out the fields and submit to send us a ticket any time.
Throughout ShortStack, you can mouse over a button to open a help dialog that explains what the button does.
