Use the Comment/Reaction Importer to import a Facebook Post’s Comments and Reactions into a ShortStack list. The importer can grab the Facebook User ID number, name as it appears on Facebook, and the content of comment (including photo) of every user who comments or reacts. You can create a new, empty list to import to, or import to a list that already has existing entries. To use the Comment/Reaction Importer, take the following steps:
Getting There:

Access List Manager:
- From the Home page, click Manage and select Lists from the dropdown to navigate to the List Manager page
Choosing the Post to Import From:
You can choose between importing from Timeline (Organic) Posts or Ads. For this guide, we'll focus on Timeline Posts.

Import into an Existing List:
- Click the down arrow next to the ShortStack list where you want to import the data.
- Select Import from..., then choose Timeline.

OR; Import into a New List:
- Click the Social Import link at the top of the List Manager page.
- Select Timeline.
- Enter a name for your new list and any desired tags, then click Continue

Select a Facebook Page:
- Choose a Facebook Page on your personal profile that has admin privileges.

Select the Post:
- ShortStack displays the 25 most recent posts from your Page in descending order. Scroll down to see older posts.

Choose What to Import:
- Comments and Reactions
- Reactions only
- Comments only
Additional Settings:

Allow multiple entries per user: Check this box if you want users to earn multiple entries (e.g., one for reacting and one for each comment).

Import comment reactions as votes: Counts reactions on comments as votes.

Import photos from comments: Imports any photos attached to comments.

Give extra chances for votes: Assign custom points for comments and reactions. For example, you can set reacting to a post as 5 points and commenting as 10 points. A user who reacts and leaves two comments would earn 25 points.
Note: If you selected the Import comment reactions as votes option, the reaction count for a comment will be added to any bonus points.

Complete the Import:
- Click Import & Close to start the process.
- You’ll receive an email notification when the import is complete.

View the Imported Entries:
- Access the imported entries by clicking on the list's View Entries link.
