1. How do I upgrade my plan?
- From the Home page, click your name in the top-right menu.
- Select Account Summary.
- In the Current Plan section, click Change Plan.

2. How do I downgrade my plan?
- Go to Account Summary.
- Click Change Plan.
- Ensure you don’t exceed the entry limits of the desired plan. Exceeding limits will grey out that plan.
3. How do I stop billing?
You can either pause your payments or cancel the subscription.
Pause Account: Retain content for up to 3 months.
Cancel Subscription: This cancels all future payments but keeps your account. You can upgrade to a paid account at any time.
- Log in to ShortStack.
- Click your name at the top right corner.
- Select Account Summary in the drop-down menu.
- Click Pause or Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
4. Can I get a refund?

5. How much does ShortStack cost?
Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis, with annual subscriptions offering a 20% discount:
- Startup: $49/month or $468/year

ShortStack’s invoices show monthly or annual charges and charges for additional Team Member Seats. No hidden fees or taxes apply.
7. Where can I download my invoice or statement?
- Log in to your ShortStack account.
- From the Home page, click your name.
- Select Account Summary.
- Click Statements at the top.
- Click a statement's date to view or download it.
