These features available on All Plans (except where noted)
Getting There
To access the Themes Manager:
- From your Home screen, click Manage in the main menu, then select Themes from the drop-down menu.
- If you've favorited the Themes Manager, simply click Themes in the top bar of the Home screen.
Layout
The Themes Manager displays all the custom themes saved using the Style Panel in the Campaign Builder.
To favorite the Themes Manager (adding a direct link to the top of your Home screen), click the heart icon next to the Themes title. To remove it, click the heart icon again.
Note: Favorites are stored in your browser. If you log into ShortStack from a different computer or browser, you’ll need to re-establish your favorites.
Themes
Overview of Theme Information
Themes appear on the right-hand side, with each info pane displaying:
- Theme Name
- Last Edited Date
- Created Date
Hover over a theme’s name to reveal an edit icon. Click it to rename the theme, type the new name, and click the blue checkmark to save it.
Click the arrow on the right-hand side of a theme to open a drop-down menu with additional management options.

Permissions
This feature available on the Pro Plan
For ShortStack for Teams users, click Permissions to set specific access levels for team members.
Delete
Remove a theme from your account by selecting Delete.
Important Notes:
- Deleting a theme also removes any campaigns using it.
- This action is permanent—ensure the theme is no longer needed before deleting.
Search and Tag
Search
Use the Search field (top-left) to locate themes by keyword or phrase.
Tag
This feature available on the Pro Plan
Search themes by tags attached to them. Results display automatically on the right.
Sorting
Sort themes by:
- Recently Edited
- Newest
- Oldest
Working With Themes
Tag
This feature available on the Pro Plan
To add tags to selected themes:
- Click the Tag button.
- Type tags (comma-separated).
- Press Enter/Return, then click the blue Save button.
Delete
To delete multiple themes:
- Highlight the themes by clicking on them.
- Click the Delete button.
- Confirm the action by typing the required prompt, then click the red Delete button.
Note: Deleting themes is permanent. Ensure they are no longer needed before deleting.
