Themes Manager

Getting There

From your Home screen, click Manage in the main menu, then click Themes from the drop-down. Or, if you've favorited the Themes Manager, simply click Themes in the top bar of the Home screen.

Layout

The Themes Manager is where you can view all of the custom themes you've saved using the Style Panel in the Campaign Builder.

If you'd like to favorite the Themes Manager (which adds a direct link to the manager to the top of your Home screen) click the heart icon to the right of the Themes title at the top of your screen. To remove it from your favorites, click the heart icon again.

Note: The favorites settings are stored in your browser; so if you log into ShortStack on a different computer/in a different browser, you will need to re-establish your favorites.

Themes

Your themes will appear on the right-hand side. Each info pane will show you the following information:

• The name of the theme
• The last time the theme was edited
  
• When the theme was created

If you hover over the theme's name, you'll see an edit icon to the right; click this to rename the theme. Type the new name, then click the blue checkmark button to lock it in.

There's also an arrow that opens a drop-down menu on the right with more options for managing the theme.

Additional Theme Options

By clicking the arrow to open the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of any theme, you'll get these additional options:

Permissions

This feature available on the Pro Plan

If you're using ShortStack for Teams to grant access to your account content to other teammates, clicking Permissions is where you can set the specific access levels for your team members.

Delete

By clicking Delete, you can remove the theme from your account entirely. This will remove any campaigns using the theme - so be sure you want to delete them before moving forward. 

Note: Deleting themes is permanent, so make sure you no longer need the theme before completing the deletion.

Search

Use the Search field in the top-left corner of the page to look through your themes using a single word or phrase. The Tag field (available on the Brand Plan or higher) allows you to search through your themes by simply typing in a tag that's attached to one or more themes. Your results will automatically be displayed on the right.

Sorting

To sort the themes, click the button next to the number of themes at the top. Your options are to sort your themes by Recently Edited, Newest, and Oldest.

Working With Themes

There are a couple of other options available when working with themes; you'll see the bar appear up top when you've clicked a theme to highlight it:

Tag

This feature available on the Pro Plan

Clicking the Tag button will allow you to add tags to all of the selected themes. It also has an area that shows you all the tags already applied to the themes. Just type the tags you wish to add (with a comma between each), hit Enter/Return on your keyboard, then click the blue Save button.

Delete

The other available option is just another way to delete themes; if you'd like to delete multiple themes at once, click each one to highlight it, then click the Delete button up top. You'll be asked to type in a short phrase to confirm, then click the red Delete button to finalize the deletion.

Note: Again - deleting themes is permanent, so make absolutely sure you no longer need the themes before deleting them.
