These features available on the Pro Plan
Getting There
To view all custom domains associated with your account:
- From the Home screen, click Manage in the main menu, then select Custom Domains from the drop-down menu.
- If you've favorited the Custom Domains Manager, simply click Domains in the top bar of the Home screen.
Note: For detailed instructions on setting up a domain for publishing campaigns, refer to the Custom Domains, Subdomains, and Subfolders for Campaigns help doc.
Layout
The Custom Domains Manager allows you to view and manage all custom domains set up for publishing campaigns.
To favorite the Custom Domains Manager (adding a direct link to the top of your Home screen), click the heart icon next to the Custom Domains title. To remove it, click the heart icon again.
Note: Favorites are stored in your browser. If you log into ShortStack from a different computer or browser, you’ll need to re-establish your favorites.

Overview of Domain Information
Custom domains appear on the right-hand side of the screen, with each info pane displaying:
- Domain URL
- Creation Date: When the domain was established in your account.
- DNS Status: Verified or Unverified.
- Campaign Count: The number of campaigns using the domain.
Click the arrow on the right-hand side of a domain to open a drop-down menu with additional management options.
Additional Custom Domain Options
Change Version
For long-time ShortStack users with campaigns published using the S1 version of the Builder:
- Select Change Version from the drop-down menu.
- Confirm the action to switch the domain from S1 to S2.
- Re-verify the domain after switching versions.
Delete
Remove a custom domain from your account by selecting Delete from the drop-down menu.
Important Notes:
- This action does not delete any campaigns published to the domain.
- The Delete option is only available if all campaigns published to the domain have been unpublished or uninstalled.
- Deleting a custom domain is reversible—you can re-add it later if needed.
