These features available on All Plans
Whether it's clearing space for your entries allowance or trying to keep a large number of campaigns organized, sometimes you'll find the need to archive or delete your campaigns, entries, lists, and other account content.
Archiving
When content doesn't need to be deleted outright, but you don't plan on using it any time soon, hiding it might be better for organizational purposes. To do that, you can archive it. Start by opening the appropriate Manager for your content (in this example, we'll be using the Campaigns Manager).
Click on the info pane of the item that you'd like to archive, and you'll see it highlight in gray.
At the top, you'll see a gray bar pop in with additional options. Click Archive, and just like that, your selected content will disappear from the list.
Viewing & Restoring Archived Content
To view any content that you've archived, navigate once again to the appropriate Manager and check the Show Archived box in your filtering options. You'll see any archived content appear on the right side.
To bring any archived content back to your regular view, click on each item's info pane to highlight it.
Then, simply click the Restore option in the gray bar at the top. The content will disappear out of the Show Archived view, and re-appear back in the regular view.
Note: Archiving is currently only available for campaigns, lists, and emails. Entries in archived lists still count towards your plan's entries allowance.
Deleting
If you've determined that you have content that you will no longer need, you can delete it to keep your account nice and organized. There are a couple different ways to do so. Start by opening the appropriate Manager for your content (in this example, we'll be using the Emails Manager).
Click on the info pane of the item that you'd like to delete, and you'll see it highlight in gray.
At the top, you'll see a gray bar pop in with additional options. Click Delete.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected content. To cancel (and keep your content), click Cancel. To permanently remove the content from your account, click Delete.
Note: This delete option is not available in the Custom Domains or Tags Manager.
Another Option for Deleting
In most of the other Managers, there's a second option you can use to delete content. Click on the arrow icon in the right corner of any info pane, then select Delete from the drop-down.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected content. To cancel (and keep your content), click Cancel. To permanently remove the content from your account, click Delete.
For Managers without an additional options drop-down menu, click the trashcan icon to delete the content.
Delete All (Entries Manager)
In the Entries Manager, you may notice a trashcan icon in the upper-right corner, when you have entries filtered to a single list. This is the delete all button.
Clicking this button will delete all of the entries in the currently selected list - no need to click to select each individual entry. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. If you've clicked the button in error, click Cancel and no entries will be deleted. Type the prompt in the field and click Delete to permanently delete all the entries in the list.
Note: Deleting all of the entries out of a list will not remove those entries from your plan's allowance. To remove entries from your plan's allowance, you will need to delete the list containing the entries.
