Why Your Email Campaign Is Marked Inactive
When you create a new ShortStack account and include links in an email campaign, we automatically flag the campaign as inactive until your account has been reviewed. This is a standard safety measure for new accounts and helps us:
- Prevent potential phishing attempts
- Keep our network reputation strong
- Maintain top deliverability rates for all users
What Happens Next
- Automatic Notification: Our support team receives an alert the moment you create a campaign with links.
- Account Review: We’ll review your account and the content of your campaign to ensure it adheres to our Terms of Use.
- Account Approval: If approved, you'll be able to activate your new email campaign, as well as any others you create.
Tip: Most reviews are completed promptly.
How to Activate Your Campaign
Once your account review is complete and approved, you'll be able to edit your email campaign and activate it. You'll know your account is approved when you no longer see the account review warning at the top of the email campaign wizard.
Still Inactive After 24 Hours?
If your campaign remains inactive after one full business day, it may need additional review. In this case, you can:
- Check your email for any follow-up requests from our support team.
- Send a request to our support team.
