Overview

Congratulations — your campaign is live and accepting entries! Before you start promoting it, take a moment to run through a few final checks to make sure everything works smoothly and is ready to go viral.

Test a Few More Things

Even if you fully tested your campaign in Campaign Builder’s Preview Mode, it’s always smart to triple-check the live version. Use the checklist below to verify that your campaign will run flawlessly.

Technical & Device Testing

Final Testing - Test the entry form from start to finish and confirm entries are submitted without errors.

Entry Confirmation Message - Confirm that the Thank-You or confirmation message displays correctly after a successful entry.

Check all navigation links (Home, Rules, Privacy Policy, etc.) to ensure they open the correct pages.

View the campaign on the following devices and confirm the layout, scrolling, and buttons work correctly:

Android
Desktop
Tablet

Delete test entries - View your campaign's entries and delete any test entries submitted.

Entry & Voting Restrictions

Confirm entry limits (for example, one entry per email, per day, or per IP) behave correctly when you submit multiple test entries.

(Optional) Verify age restrictions.

Sharing & Refer-a-Friend

Test Sharing - Click each social share button (for example, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) and confirm that it opens the correct share dialog.

(Optional) Refer-a-Friend Link - Submit a test entry and complete the Refer-a-Friend flow to ensure referral links are generated correctly.

(Optional) Check Referral Points - Verify that referrals are tracked properly and appear as expected in your entries or reports.

Monitoring & Analytics

(Optional) Enable Entry Notifications - Enable entry alerts in the Form Container to receive emails for every new submission.

3rd Party Analytics - Confirm that Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tracking codes are installed and firing correctly on the campaign page.

Marketing Readiness

Emails - Prepare and schedule email announcements to your list that include a link to your live campaign.

Social Media - Draft and schedule social media posts promoting the campaign across all active platforms.

Verify Ads - If you are running paid ads, confirm your ad creatives and targeting are set up and that all links lead to the correct campaign page.

Set Up Tracking - Set up UTM or other tracking parameters on your links to measure which channels drive the most traffic and entries.
