Overview
The Field Library contains custom fields you've created using the Field Widget. A dashboard displays updates on how many of each custom field type you can create, with maximum limits noted. Custom Fields are text, boolean, list (multiple choice), date, and number fields. You can edit any of the custom fields' settings here. Additionally, if you no longer need a specific field, you can permanently archive it.
Getting There
From the Home Screen:
- Click Manage in the main menu.
- Select Field Library from the dropdown.
If Favorited, simply click Field Library in the top bar of the Home screen.
Note: Favoriting adds a direct link to the Field Library on your Home screen. To favorite, click the heart icon next to the "Field Library" title. Favorites are stored in your browser, so you’ll need to re-establish them when using a different browser or computer.
Active Field Limits
At the top of the Field Library, you will find the number of active (non-archived) fields for each field type. As a best practice, reuse fields when creating forms to prevent reaching limits. If you run out of a specific field type, archive unused fields.
