Getting There
To access your billing information, navigate to the Dashboard, click Settings at the bottom left of the navigation panel, and select Plan & Billing from the menu.
Layout
The Plan & Billing page is organized into three primary tabs: Plan Overview, Payment, and Statements.
Plan Overview
The Plan Overview tab is divided into three key sections:
Current Plan
This displays the name of your active subscription. To upgrade or change your subscription, click the Change Plan button. If you need to pause or deactivate your account, use the Pause or Delete Account link.
Note: If you are on an annual plan, only the Delete Account option is available. Please be aware that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Status
This indicates your current subscription status (Active or Paused) and your upcoming renewal date (Billing Date).
Usage
This section provides real-time metrics, including the number of entries, campaign views, team seats occupied, connected websites, and active feeds. The campaign views section includes specific dates so you can track your consumption and identify when your limits will reset for the next billing cycle.
Payment
The Payment tab consists of two sections:
Payment Method
Displays your current credit card and billing information. Click Edit to update these details.
Billing Contact
Contains the email address, phone number, and organization associated with your payment method. Click Edit to modify this information.
Statements
The Statements tab provides a chronological history of your billing records. Click on any statement date to view or download the document.
Note: Statements are also automatically sent to your registered billing email address on a monthly basis (or annually for Annual Plan subscribers).
