These features available on All Plans (except where noted)
Overview
The Campaigns Manager allows you to create, edit, manage, archive, and delete your campaigns with ease. This guide covers everything you need to know about navigating and using this tool effectively.
Getting There

From the Home Screen:
- Click Manage in the main menu, then select Campaigns from the dropdown.

If Favorited:
- Simply click Campaigns in the top bar of the Home screen.
Note: Favoriting adds a direct link to the Campaigns Manager on your Home screen. To favorite, click the heart icon next to the "Campaigns" title. Favorites are stored in your browser, so you’ll need to re-establish them when using a different browser or computer.
Campaigns Manager Layout
- New Campaign Button: Use this button in the top-right corner to create a new campaign.
- Campaign List: All your previously created campaigns appear on the right, displayed in info panes.
Each info pane provides:
- A preview thumbnail of the campaign.
- The campaign name.
- Timestamps: When the campaign was created and last edited.
- The number of installs (or places where the campaign is published).
- Clicking Installs opens the Publications Manager, where you can view and manage publication URLs.
- Red Install Count: Indicates unpublished changes to the campaign.
Managing Campaigns
Editing and Renaming Campaigns
- Open Campaign: Click the campaign name to open it in the Campaign Builder for editing.
- Rename Campaign: Hover over the name, click the edit icon, type the new name, and click the blue checkmark to save.
Additional Campaign Options
Access additional options via the dropdown menu on the right side of each campaign's info pane:

Permissions (Available on the Pro Plan):
- Set team member access levels using ShortStack for Teams.

Archive:
- Hide a campaign without deleting it.
- Archived campaigns appear only when the Show Archived checkbox is selected in the filtering options.

Delete:
- Permanently remove campaigns that are unpublished/uninstalled.
- Note: Deletion is irreversible, so make templates or copies beforehand if needed.

Campaign ID:
- Found in the bottom corner of the info pane. Useful for reference when working with support or custom services.
Filtering, Searching, and Sorting
Filtering Options
- Filter by...: Use options like recently edited, newest, or oldest campaigns.
- Show Archived: Check this box to display archived campaigns.
Search Campaigns
- Use the Search field in the top-left corner to search by campaign name or tag.
- Tags (Pro Plan): Search campaigns by tags attached to them.
Sorting Options
- Click the sorting button next to the campaign count at the top to organize campaigns by:
- Recently Edited.
- Newest.
- Oldest.
Bulk Actions
When selecting one or more campaigns, the top bar displays additional options:

Tag (Available on the Pro Plan):
- Add tags to campaigns or view/edit existing tags. Enter tags separated by commas, press Enter, then click Save.

Archive:
- Archive selected campaigns. Use Show Archived to view and restore them.

Delete:
- Permanently delete multiple campaigns. Confirm by typing the required phrase in the prompt.
Note: Deleting campaigns is permanent. Always create templates or copies before deletion if you may need the campaign later.
Creating a New Campaign
To start a new campaign:
- Click New Campaign in the top-right corner of the Campaigns Manager.
- You'll be directed to the Template Gallery to select a starting template.
