The Entry Details feature displays all of the information an entrant submitted in their entry.
To view the details for a single entry, navigate to the Entries Manager through either the Dashboard or the Campaign Manager; then hover over the desired entry, and click the View Details button for that entry.
The new Entry Details screen gives you easy access to view, approve, delete, and modify any information associated with an entry.
The Navigation Bar has four buttons: Back, Prev, Next and Edit:
- Back: Takes you back to the previous page (usually the Entries Manager)
- Prev: Takes you to the previous entry in the list
- Next: Takes you to the next entry in the list
- Edit: Allows you to edit the entry's information
Clicking the Edit button brings you to the entry editing screen, where you can edit nearly all aspects of an entry. This includes replacing the image, or editing the title, description, first/last name, email, address, phone number, and age. It also displays the entry's ID, date and time it was received, the list the entry is in, and the campaign where it was submitted.
The preview area contains a larger-sized preview of the image or video that was submitted with the entry. To view a submitted image in its original size, click the View Original link underneath the thumbnail. To the left of the link is the file size of the uploaded image, and to the right the dimensions of the image (in pixels).
In the top-left corner, you can see if the entry is Approved; check (or uncheck) the box to Approve (or Unapprove) the entry. In the top-right corner, the number of votes is displayed - clicking the number of votes will take you to the Entry Votes page for that entry.
Clicking the number of votes in the Preview Area will display the Entry Votes page. On this page, you'll see the info of each vote cast for that entry, as well as any adjustments that were made to the vote total.
If a vote adjustment is needed, click the New Adjustment button. In the pop-up, add the number of votes you'd like to add or remove (use a negative number to remove votes), a note explaining the reason for the change, and then click Save.
This section includes information about where the entry came from and when it was submitted. This area can broken down into four parts: name and email, location and IP address, entry information, and other entry data. Click on the filter icon () next to any line to see entries using that same information. For example, clicking the filter next to "US" will give you all entries in your account from the US. You can also click the Edit Form icon () next to the list name to jump directly into the Form Editor for that list, or click on the Edit Campaign icon () next to the campaign name to be taken to the Campaign Builder for that campaign.
If your campaign is live, clicking the Referral Link URL will give you the Refer-A-Friend URL for that specific entry. You can also add labels in the field provided, and delete the entry by clicking the Delete Entry button.
