Publish Your Campaign
If you do not have any Team Seats left or want to share the campaign with a client who doesn't have access to ShortStack, you can publish your campaign.
You might be thinking, "Won't the general public be able to enter my campaign if I publish it?" Not really. Unless people know the exact URL to go to, they will have a near-impossible experience trying to find your campaign.
The best way to ensure your intended audience doesn't find out about the campaign is to publish using one of ShortStack's provided URLs for a landing page. With generic URLs, internet visitors will not have any idea what the URL is or that this page even exists.
Here are our best practices for publishing your campaign:
-
Use ShortStack's Domain: Using one of our generic URL options will further thwart the general public from entering your contest.
-
Unpublish After Approval: Once your campaign has been approved, unpublish your page to prevent any wandering internet visitors from entering before it's ready to go live.
- Delete Test Entries: To delete any test entries, simply filter for the List in the Entries Manager, then click on the actions at the top right. Lastly, click delete all entries.
When you are ready to go live, publish your campaign and remember to market to your audience!
