Overview
You've built your campaign, and now it's time to ensure everything works as expected. This guide covers various methods for testing your campaign and involving teammates in the process.
Preview Panel
Preview Mode offers tools to simulate your campaign's performance in a specific time and location. You can also test its features, including submitting entries.

ShortStack for Teams
If you need to collaborate, consider using ShortStack for Teams. This feature allows you to:
- Add team members to your account.
- Assign access levels, from view only to full admin rights.

Publish Your Campaign
If you're out of Team Seats or want to share the campaign with a client without granting ShortStack access, publishing your campaign is an alternative.
Will the Public See My Campaign If It's Published?
Not likely. Unless someone knows the exact URL of your campaign, it's nearly impossible for them to find it. To enhance privacy, use one of ShortStack's provided generic URLs for a landing page.
Best Practices for Publishing Your Campaign
1. Use ShortStack's Domain
Opt for a generic URL to further prevent public access to your contest.
2. Unpublish After Approval
Once your campaign is approved by your team or client, unpublish the page. This prevents accidental entries from wandering visitors before it's officially live.
3. Delete Test Entries
Before launching, clean up any test entries:
- Filter for the relevant List in the Entries Manager.
- Click the Actions menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete All Entries.
