Getting There
To access the Entries data, you will need to start in the Analytics Manager.
- From the Home Page, click the Manage drop-down at the top and select Analytics.
- Use the Filtering section to select the specific campaign you wish to view.
- Adjust the date range to display data for your desired timeframe.
- Click on the Entries tab.
Data Boxes
At the top of the Entries tab, you will find four main metrics:
- Entries: The total number of entries collected, based on the selected filters.
- Unique Entries: The number of unique entries. If your campaign allows multiple entries, this number will be lower than the total entries. Otherwise, it will match the total entries.
Note: To ensure accurate data collection, enable the appropriate fingerprinting setting in the Campaign Settings. Learn more here.
- Conversion Rate: The conversion rate is calculated by dividing total entries by total views. The result is shown as a percentage.
- Unique Entries %: This percentage is calculated by dividing the number of unique entries by the total number of entries.
Charts & Graphs
Entries Summary
This graph displays the number of unique and total entries received each day within the selected date range. If the campaign doesn't allow multiple entries, only one line (for unique entries) will appear.
You can toggle data series by clicking on the labels. Click again to re-enable them.
Entries by Device
A pie chart shows the percentage of participants by device type: mobile, tablet, or desktop.
Time to Submit Entry
This graph illustrates the exact time it takes for users to complete and submit the form. If the time is unusually high or low, consider:
- Low times: Review your bot prevention settings.
- High times: Review your form length, as longer forms tend to increase abandonment rates.
