Overview
The Entry Count Widget displays the number of entries collected in a specific list on your campaign. You can style and format the count using the Style Panel.
Adding the Entry Count Widget
To add the Entry Count Widget to your campaign:
- Click the Entry Count Widget icon in the Add Widgets Panel, or
- Drag the icon into your preview area.
Widget Settings
The widget settings pop-up allows you to configure the Entry Count Widget.
Renaming the Widget
- Click the pencil icon in the top-left corner (next to the widget name).
- Enter a new name and press Enter.
CSS ID
The CSS ID (starting with a #
) is displayed in the top-right corner of the pop-up.
Customization
Navigate through the menu on the left side to adjust settings. Use the Back and Next buttons to move between sections.
When finished, click the blue Save and Exit button.
Entry Source
The Entry Source section lets you select the list from which the widget will display the entry count.
Selecting an Existing List
- Click Connect to Existing Source.
- In the pop-up, scroll through the lists or use the Search field to find the desired list.
- Click the list name to select it.
Creating a New List
- Click the Create List button.
- In the pop-up, provide the following:
- List name
- Number of test entries
- Tags (optional)
- Click Create to finalize.
After creating a new list, add a Form Container and select the list you just created. Then, build out your form using Field Widgets.
Filtering
The Filtering section lets you control which entries are included in the entry count.
- Include both approved and unapproved: Displays all submitted entries.
- Only include approved: Displays only approved entries.
Click between these options to toggle your preference.
Text
The Entry Count Widget includes minimal text, but you can customize it in the Text section:
- Modify the wording for multiple entries received (plural).
- Modify the wording for a single entry received (singular).
Enter your custom text in the provided fields.
Visibility
Control when and where the widget is visible using the Visibility section. Options include:
- Setting specific dates and times.
- Displaying the widget only in the Builder.
- Restricting visibility by country.

Entry Count Styling Options
When the Widget is selected, you can customize the styling of the specific widget. Some of the options include changing the text color, the maximum width of the widget, and widget alignment. You will see the following areas of styling available in the Style Panel:

- Label Text
