Getting There
To access the Clicks data, you will need to start in the Analytics Manager.
- From the Home Page, click the Manage drop-down at the top and select Analytics.
- Use the Filtering section to select the specific campaign you wish to view.
- Adjust the date range to display data for your desired timeframe.
- Click on the Clicks tab.
Data Boxes
Click tracking includes four key metrics and two data visualizations:
- Clicks: Total number of clicks recorded on all buttons and links within the campaign.
- Unique Clicks: Total unique clicks, identified by a unique fingerprint (IP address, browser, and device).
Note: To ensure accurate data collection, enable the appropriate fingerprinting setting in the Campaign Settings. Learn more here.

Click Rate: The percentage of sessions that resulted in clicks. Formula: (Total clicks ÷ Total sessions) × 100
Note: This number may exceed 100% if multiple clicks occur per session. - Unique Click %: The percentage of unique clicks out of total clicks. Formula: (Unique clicks ÷ Total clicks) × 100
Charts & Graphs
Clicks Summary: A line graph displaying daily total and unique clicks.
You can toggle data series by clicking on the labels. Click again to re-enable them.
Click Breakdown: A chart showing how many clicks each individual link or button received.
Graph Options
Click the hamburger icon (≡) on the graph to:
- View the graph in full screen
- Print the chart
- Download the data as a CSV file
Exporting Data
To export your campaign data:
- Click the Actions drop-down at the top right.
- Select Export PDF.
- A PDF will open, then choose the file name and save location.
