Getting There
To access Traffic data, you must start in the Analytics Manager.
- From the Home Page, click the Manage drop-down at the top and select Analytics.
- Use the Filtering section to select the specific campaign you wish to view.
- Adjust the date range to display data for your desired timeframe.
- Click on the Traffic tab.
Click any column label to sort the data in ascending or descending order for that specific metric.
Source Domain
The first column will display the domain of the traffic source. This is the website domain from which the visitor(s) came before navigating to your campaign.
Sessions
Sessions: The total number of page views generated from a given source.
Sessions %: The percentage of total sessions attributed to a particular source. Formula: (Sessions from source ÷ Total sessions) × 100
Visitors
Unique Visitors: Counted using a unique fingerprint (IP address + browser).
Unique Visitors %: The percentage of total visitors that came from a given source. Formula: (Unique visitors from source ÷ Total unique visitors) × 100
Note: To ensure accurate data collection, enable the appropriate fingerprinting setting in the Campaign Settings. Learn more here.
Entrants
Unique Entrants: Number of unique email addresses submitted via forms, per source.
Unique Entrants %: The percentage of entries with unique fingerprints.
Conversion Rate: The rate at which visitors from a source become entrants. Formula: (Unique entries from source ÷ Unique visitors from source) × 100
Exporting Data
To export your campaign data:
- Click the Actions drop-down at the top right.
- Select Export PDF.
- A PDF will open, then choose the file name and save location.
