Overview
ShortStack simplifies communication with entrants by offering autoresponders, follow-up emails, and scheduled emails. To ensure you get the most out of these email features, review this guide and double-check all your email settings.

1. Email Setup
Email Name: Use a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “Contest Entry Confirmation”).
From Name: Ensure it’s recognizable and trustworthy.
From Email Address: Confirm it’s verified and matches your brand domain.
Reply-To Address: Set if replies should go elsewhere.
Subject Line: Write a short, engaging subject line that states the purpose.
Verify Company Profile: Click on the company profile name to verify that all details are correct.
2. Design and Content
Personalization: Use merge fields (e.g., {Entry_Name}) for a personal touch.

Body Content: Proofread for spelling, links, and clarity.
Images and Branding: Include logo and consistent colors.
Call to Action (CTA): Add a clear, clickable button or link.
3. Verify Recieptients
Verify the connected List: Confirm you are connected to the correct List, especially if you have multiple lists in one campaign.
Review Filters: Review the filters for the email, ensuring that you are sending the emails to the right recipients (ie, instant winners, non-winners, no repeat emails, etc)
4. Testing and Review
Test Email Sent: Send to yourself or your team for review.
Spam Check: Avoid overly promotional or spammy phrases.
Mobile Preview: Check layout on mobile and desktop.
Merge Fields Test: Ensure personalization fields populate correctly.
5. Activate Email Campaign
Check Status: Ensure the email is active and ready to send when your campaign goes live.
