Overview
The Exports Manager shows the status of your exports, the time remaining for files to finish exporting, and lets you download completed exports directly. Exports are displayed with the most recent at the top.
Getting There
From the Dashboard:
- Click Manage in the navigation menu.
- Select Exports from the options.
Note: Favoriting adds a direct link to the Exports Manager on your Home screen. To favorite, click the heart icon next to the "Exports" title. Favorites are stored in your browser, so you'll need to re-establish them when using a different browser or computer.

- Delete: Permanently remove the export from the Exports Manager.
Working with Exports
Select an export by clicking it. To quickly select multiple exports, click and drag your cursor across the screen. Clear your selections by clicking X Clear next to the counter.
Deleting Exports
To delete selected exports, click Delete, confirm the selection in the pop-up, then click Delete again to permanently remove them.
Note: Deleting exports is permanent, so make sure you no longer need them before completing the deletion.
How do I export entries?
To export entries, open the list in the Entries Manager (or filter for a specific campaign if you're starting from the Entries Manager directly).
Important: If no filter is applied, all entries in your account will be exported, which may take time depending on the volume of stored entries.
Click the Actions dropdown and select Export. Choose your export format — .csv (entry data), .zip (uploaded media), or both — then click Next. If prompted, select or create an export profile. Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the export, then click Export.
Once the export is ready, you'll receive a notification in ShortStack and an email. To download, click the bell icon in ShortStack and select Exported Entries Ready, or use the download link in the email.
